1. Communicate little

3. No diversity

Superiors should therefore pay attention to diversity in work groups and departments. Young, old, women, men, vocational and academic education - the list of categories can be expanded as required, depending on the workplace and industry. If a team is then actually characterized by diversity, this should also be lived out with conviction.

4. Wrong hierarchical thinking

Hierarchies can usually not be completely abolished, and most teams need a leader - even if only as a contact person for external partners. However, all voices should be heard at all times, knowledge and expertise of all should be included. In this sense, bosses also need a certain ability to work in a team: If important decisions are pending, the experience of the responsible team should be included. Ultimately, they all have the same goal: success.

5. Team building activities

The common climbing or white water rafting is often laughed at just as much as the obligatory table tennis table in the start-up.
